Onsite Manager

We are seeking an experienced Construction Site Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of an active construction project in Massachusetts. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong organizational skills, the ability to manage subcontractors, maintain project schedules, and ensure quality and safety standards are met.

Location: Massachusetts

• Manage daily on-site construction activities from start to finish.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and according to plans and specifications.
• Monitor project progress and proactively resolve field issues.
• Coordinate material deliveries and equipment needs.
• Maintain daily reports, site documentation, and progress photos.
• Work closely with architects, engineers, inspectors, and ownership representatives.

• Experience managing commercial, multifamily, or mixed-use construction projects preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Valid driver s license and reliable transportation.
