Baystate Dental in Holyoke is looking for a Full-time Dental Hygienist
, to join our clinical team, and provide a high level of patient care and satisfaction while operating in a team-based environment. As a Dental Hygienist at Baystate Dental in Holyoke
, you’ll provide exceptional care through routine cleanings, assessments, and education, while supporting a dynamic team of dental professionals. We offer a friendly, growth-oriented workplace where patient comfort is always a priority.
Our team works closely together in a state-of-the-art facility equipped with advanced technology such as Overjet, a CBCT scanner, hygiene lasers, and Guided Biofilm Therapy (GBT). These tools help us deliver exceptional patient care while ensuring our hygienists have the resources and support they need to provide high-quality work they can take pride in.

Responsibilities- Perform routine dental cleanings and oral health Assessments
- Educate patients on proper oral hygiene and preventative care
- Assist dentists with exams and treatments, and take dental X-rays
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with industry regulations and adhere to sterilization protocols
- Education:
Associate or bachelor’s degree in dental Hygiene - License:
Active state license as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) - Certifications:
Local anesthesia certification preferred and CPR/First Aid - Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented with a commitment to patient care and comfort
