UG2 in Holyoke, Massachusetts, is seeking a Lead Mechanical Engineer to oversee the operation and maintenance of building mechanical systems. This role requires strong experience with Building Management Systems (BMS) including Siemens, Schneider Electric, and Johnson Controls. Responsibilities involve troubleshooting, maintaining, and ensuring optimal performance of mechanical equipment. Ideal candidates will have at least five years in mechanical and electrical maintenance and a technical school background.

Certifications in electrical and HVAC are preferred. Various physical requirements apply.
