Salary Range: $110,000 - $150,000 per year
Responsibilities- Project management, development, planning, business development, client management, and financial performance.
- Strong and proactive communication with clients, management, and coworkers.
- Supervise and mentor staff.
- Coordinate with in-house mechanical, electrical, and civil/site engineering staff.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in civil or structural engineering.
- AutoCAD and Revit proficiency; comfortable with engineering design software.
- Current PE License in VT or NH, or ability to obtain within 6-12 months (preferred).
The salary range is $110,000 - $150,000, plus potential annual discretionary bonus based on skills, experience, qualifications, location, and applicable employment laws. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401k, ESOP, holiday, vacation, and sick leave.
