We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Controller to lead accounting and finance operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-on leadership skills, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

+ Lead all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, and Cost Accounting

+  Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes

+  Drive cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis

+  Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

+  Ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance

+  Partner with Operations and Leadership to improve profitability and performance

+  Support capital planning, long-range forecasting, and strategic initiatives

+  Manage banking relationships, debt covenants, and insurance programs

+  Coordinate internal and external audits

+  Support acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects as needed

Requirements

Required Qualifications &

Experience:

+ Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

+  Manufacturing and cost accounting experience

+  5+ years of progressive accounting and finance experience

+  Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting

+  Prior Controller or accounting leadership experience

+  

Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis

+  ERP system experience and advanced Excel skills

+  Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities
