Controller

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing organization seeking a Controller to lead accounting and finance operations. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, budgeting, forecasting, and business partnership across the organization. The ideal candidate will bring strong manufacturing experience, hands-on leadership skills, and a proactive approach to driving financial performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all accounting operations, including General Ledger, AP, AR, Payroll, and Cost Accounting
• Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes
• Drive cost accounting, standard costing, inventory valuation, and variance analysis
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis
• Ensure accurate financial reporting and GAAP compliance
• Partner with Operations and Leadership to improve profitability and performance
• Support capital planning, long-range forecasting, and strategic initiatives
• Manage banking relationships, debt covenants, and insurance programs
• Coordinate internal and external audits
• Support acquisitions, divestitures, and special projects as needed
