Med Pro Healthcare Allied Staffing is seeking a travel Physical Therapist for a travel job in Holyoke, Massachusetts.

- Must hold a Doctorate degree in Physical Therapy or a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and have passed the NPTE
- Must have graduated from an accredited school
- Minimum one year's experience
- Current state license as a Registered Physical Therapist or proactively in the process of the application for licensure as a Registered Physical Therapist
- Current CPR certification
- Other requirements determined by client facility

The Physical Therapist / PT is responsible for the assessment of referred patients that require rehabilitation services. This includes providing direct patient care to assess medical condition, functional capabilities, limitations, and potential for rehabilitation. The PT will establish and administer a treatment program with specific goals determined by the patient's capacity and tolerance under the direction of the physician. The PT must set realistic and achievable goals, document and record the patient's condition, and educate patients and families in an appropriate physical therapy method.
- Develop a plan of care for each physical therapy patient
- Provide skilled physical therapy services/interventions in accordance with physician orders
- Assess patient needs, plan for, evaluate and modify care to meet goals of physical therapy interventions
- Collaborate with all disciplines to plan and evaluate team goals for each patient
