Valley Springs Behavioral Health Hospital offers compassionate, high‑quality inpatient and outpatient mental health and co‑occurring treatment for teens, adults, and seniors. We provide a full‑range of evidence‑based medical and clinical services in a state‑of‑the‑art healing environment. Programs include inpatient mental health and co‑occurring treatment, Partial Hospitalization Programs (PHP), and Intensive Outpatient Programs (IOP).
How You’ll ContributeThe Manager of Inpatient Clinical Program ensures that all operations and programming in the outpatient PHP/IOP or IP programs operate efficiently and professionally while providing a high standard of customer satisfaction. The manager ensures programs are compliant with all laws, rules and regulations of federal and state licensing agencies, as well as TJC standards for quality care. The manager monitors care coordination and quality of care to identify areas for improvement, oversees the work performance of all assigned clinical staff, is familiar with all marketing efforts and budgetary items, and is responsible for ensuring that the clinical documentation is current and accurate and meets all regulatory requirements.
The manager is responsible for overall coordination of school, work or case management information for patients and reports directly to the Director of Inpatient Services or Director of Clinical Services.

- Master’s degree from an accredited school of social work or evidence of education and experience in providing social services to patients with psychiatric and substance abuse issues.
- Current clinical or social work license as required by state regulations.
- Previous experience in an outpatient partial hospital program and/or IP preferred. A knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles required.
- CPR/BLS certification and Handle with Care within 30 days.

Salary range: $76,024.00 - $ per year.
