Contract Assignment – 13 Weeks (Temporary)

• Proven experience as Speech Language Pathologist
• Graduate of a master’s level program in Speech Language Pathology accredited by Education Standards Board or meeting ASHA certification requirements.
• Must possess independent decision making skills.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, physicians, patients, and families.
• At least 2 years of SLP experience.

• Play an important part in helping patients recover and feel better by providing therapy to maximize speech, language, cognitive, and swallowing abilities.
• Communicate patient progress or problems to supervisor and team; assist with patient scheduling and post charges daily to patient records.
• Document patient care in accordance with regulatory, licensing, payer, and accrediting requirements.
• Handle job responsibilities in accordance with the Company’s Code of Business Conduct, Corporate Compliance Agreement, professional standards, and applicable state/federal laws.
