Center for Human Development (CHD) is currently seeking a Master’s Level, Licensed Clinician Supervisor to join our Outpatient Team in Holyoke, MA.

Your Role:
The Master’s Level Licensed Clinician Supervisor will work with diverse populations, supporting a dynamic and growing team. The Holyoke clinic aims to support clients beyond the traditional office setting.
We seek a Licensed Clinician to provide clinical supervision and work with adults, children, and families in an outpatient behavioral health setting. CHD is certified in DBT and substance abuse and is committed to innovative, evidence-based clinical models. The candidate will utilize electronic health records and collaborative documentation strategies. Flexible scheduling, including evenings and weekends, is available. The ideal candidate will be friendly, flexible, humorous, and collaborative.

We seek individuals passionate about providing quality services within a community mental health agency, with a commitment to managing Electronic Health Records (EHR) accurately and consistently.
Requirements:
- Proficiency with electronic health records
- Reliable transportation and ability to drive
- Willingness to work on-site
- Experience with behavioral interventions (DBT/CBT) and Motivational Interviewing
- Experience providing clinical supervision
- Ability to pass a CORI background check
- Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, mental health counseling, or family therapy
- Licenses such as LICSW, LMHC, or LMFT
