Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct nursing care across all units, including adult, pediatric (5-17 years), and geriatric populations.
• Manage patient loads with ratios averaging 1:8, with lower ratios in geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Collaborate with shift supervisors to ensure quality patient care and safety.
• Utilize Cerner EHR system for accurate documentation.
• Float between units as needed to meet patient care demands.
• Adhere to all facility policies, including dress code (blue scrubs).

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Current RN licensure with at least 1 year of nursing experience.
• BLS certification is mandatory.
• Prior experience or interest in behavioral health nursing preferred.
• Ability to work with patients diagnosed with schizophrenia, depression, bipolar disorder, substance use disorder, and anxiety.
• Comfortable caring for both pediatric and adult patient populations.
• Flexible, team-oriented mindset with commitment to nights (7 p.m.
  
  -7 a.m.) and every other weekend shifts.
