Eliot is seeking a Clinical Supervisor to joinour Child, Youth and Family Behavioral Health Services which encompasses multiple service systems including:
Intensive Care Coordination, Family Support and Training, In-Home Therapy, Therapeutic Mentoring, and Outpatient Counseling. Service delivery is collaborative, family driven and youth guided, with a focus on individual and family strengths, needs, and preferences.
As a Clinical Supervisor, you will be responsible for guiding service delivery through supervision and administrative oversight utilizing principles of Wraparound model and evidence based practices.
Responsibilities:
- Use evidence-based practices to engage families and coordinate care with other providers for continuity of services
- Participate in an inter-agency Systems of Care Service Plan with involved state agencies, outpatient therapists, court personnel, primary care providers, educational advocates, and others involved with the family, when indicated.
- Guide the delivery of services, formulate treatment, and communicate regularly with the treatment team.
- Provide clinical and administrative supervision to program staff.
- Monitor staff performance, conduct evaluations, and ensure thorough orientation of new team members
Qualifications:
- Must hold a current Massachusetts clinical license (LICSW, LMHC)
- 5 years of experience working in behavioral health setting with youth and families
- Valid driver’s license and a reliable vehicle
Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:00am-5:00pm (hybrid flexibility)
$70,000 - $80,000 USD
