The Role

As a CNA, you will provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance, under the supervision of our licensed nursing staff. With a focus on quality care and customer service, you will help create a positive and supportive environment for our patients, residents, and families. We are seeking a compassionate and skilled individual who is eager to make a difference in the lives of others.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital signs, personal care, and mobility assistance
  • Assist with activities of daily living, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized patient care environment
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination
  • Participate in mandatory training programs and continuing education opportunities to maintain certification and stay up-to-date on industry best practices
