Description:
We are seeking a skilled Therapist for our Behavioral Health Division.
The ideal candidate will have experience in therapy techniques, including CBT, DBT, MI, and process groups.
This role includes working with adults to address various diagnoses, such as depression, suicidal ideation, and anxiety.
You will be responsible for conducting psychosocial assessments and developing treatment and discharge plans.
Group therapy and individual sessions will be integral parts of your responsibilities.
The patient ratio will be up to 1:10, ensuring a focused and dedicated approach to each patient's needs.
Candidates must possess the necessary skills and experience to provide quality mental health care.
