Stern Therapy Consultants is seeking a PRN COTA to support the rehab team at a skilled nursing facility in Holyoke. You'll work with residents recovering from illness or injury, as well as those managing longer-term needs, to help them participate in everyday activities.
What You’ll DoProvide treatment under plans established by a supervising Occupational Therapist
Help residents practice dressing, grooming, toileting, and other daily tasks
Use therapeutic activities and adaptive strategies suited to each resident’s abilities
Report changes in performance to the OT and collaborate with nursing and the rehab team
Document treatment and resident progress after each session
PRN opportunities based on facility needs
Unlimited referral bonus, with up to $1,000 per successful referral
Support from the therapy team and regional leadership
Active Massachusetts COTA license
Strong communication and timely documentation skills
Skilled nursing experience is a plus
