Hotel Reception Desk

We are seeking a friendly and professional Hotel Front Desk Agent to join our dedicated hospitality team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional customer service skills and a keen attention to detail. As a Front Desk Agent, you will be the first point of contact for our guests, responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere while efficiently handling day-to-day front desk operations.

• Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the hotel.
• Perform all check-in and check-out tasks seamlessly, including billing and payment processes.
• Manage online and phone reservations and provide information about room rates and available amenities.
• Address and resolve guest inquiries, requests, and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to address guest needs and resolve issues.
• Maintain an organized and timely record of guest accounts and bookings.
• Handle basic clerical tasks such as answering phones and managing emails.
• Ensure compliance with hotel policies, procedures, and quality standards.

• High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality-related education is a plus.
• Previous experience in a hotel reception or customer service role is preferred.
• Proficiency with hotel management software and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and organizational abilities.
• Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
• Availability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
