Human Resources CoordinatorFull Time 40 hours Monday-Friday
As a Human Resources Coordinator for Mira Vista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you’ll bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities- Assist and facilitate all HR processes including onboarding new hires.
- Resolve benefits-related issues and ensure effective 360‑degree communication regarding plan design and issue resolution.
- Ensure plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and company policies.
- Provide administrative support to the HR function, including answering phone inquiries, responding to e-mails, assisting employees appearing in HR, record‑keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
- Promote a positive culture.
- Report directly to the Human Resource Manager.
- Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or a related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
- At least two years verifiable HR experience.
- Prior experience working in a healthcare setting.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent computer skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, and Teams including calendar management.
- Experience with ADP preferred.

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience.
$25.00 - $30.00
