Human Resource Coordinator (Holyoke, MA)

Full Time, 40 hours Monday‑Friday

Overview

As a Human Resources Coordinator for Mira Vista in Holyoke, Massachusetts, you will bring your experience and knowledge where your voice matters. A Human Resources Coordinator is an integral part of our multidisciplinary team.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in all HR processes including onboarding new hires, resolving benefits‑related issues, and ensuring effective 360‑degree communication to employees and stakeholders about plan design details and issue resolution.
  • Ensure plans are administered in accordance with federal and state regulations and that plan provisions and company policies are followed.
  • Provide administrative support to the human resource function for the health center, including answering phone inquiries, responding to e‑mails, assisting walk‑in employees, record‑keeping, file maintenance, and HRIS entry.
  • Promote a positive culture and report directly to the Human Resource Manager.
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree in human resources or related field and/or equivalent experience preferred.
  • At least two years of verifiable Human Resources experience.
  • Prior experience working in a healthcare setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Excellent computer skills with MS Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams, and calendar management experience.
  • Experience with ADP preferred.

Compensation

Compensation will be determined based on the candidate’s relevant experience. $25.00 - $30.00.
