Role OverviewWe are seeking a dynamic Inventory Team Lead to support and oversee our warehouse operations. The leader will drive cost efficiencies and ensure exceptional service by integrating efficient receipt, storage, and dispatch of raw materials and goods.
Key Responsibilities- Maintain receiving, warehousing, and internal distribution operations; implement scalable standards of work.
- Oversee warehouse layout for efficient space utilization.
- Manage inventory control, reconcile with data systems to reduce waste.
- Investigate, resolve, and report inventory count variances; implement measures to mitigate inconsistencies.
- Work with the Operational Leadership team to recommend and implement process improvements in the inventory life cycle, stock levels, and workspace organization.
- Develop action plans to meet future stock needs and coordinate with cross‑functional teams to drive productivity and loss prevention.
- Foster a safe, healthy work environment compliant with legal standards.
- Minimum 3 years of warehouse procedures and best‑practice experience.
- Passion for warehousing and proven success in transportation management.
- Experience with cycle counts, reconciliation processes, and inventory variance analysis.
- Understanding of logistics and supply chain processes that support business goals.
- Business acumen, curiosity, and a self‑starter with excellent communication, attention to detail, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to lead a team and perform hands‑on tasks.
- Enthusiasm for a start‑up environment with a customer‑first mindset.
- Experience with Net Suite or other WMS systems preferred.
- High‑school diploma required; further education or certification preferred.
- Technology proficiency is a must.

The base range is $24/hour – $28/hour plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
