Maintenance Director

Overview

Regalcare at Holyoke is a Short Term and Long Term Care Facility located in Holyoke, MA. We are currently seeking a Maintenance Director to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations, ensuring our facility is maintained at the highest standards of cleanliness and safety. This position involves managing maintenance staff, overseeing repairs, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Manage all aspects of maintenance and housekeeping operations.
• Oversee repairs and maintenance work.
• Ensure the facility meets high standards of cleanliness and safety.
• Manage maintenance staff and coordinate with other departments as needed.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.

• Previous experience in a skilled nursing setting is required.
• Availability for full-time hours, with evening and weekend on-call hours (limited).
