Inventory Associate
A Warehouse Inventory Associate at Framebridge is responsible for safely operating a forklift, managing inventory, and ensuring the production floor is fully stocked and organized.
Responsibilities- Safely operate a forklift to load and unload materials and deliveries, transport raw materials to production workstations and storage areas, and maintain a fully stocked production floor.
- Assist in maintaining a safe and organized work environment in compliance with company policies and guidelines.
- Unload and store materials in their appropriate locations, identify and report damages, shortages, and quality deficiencies.
- Keep updated and accurate records of inventory, produce and maintain activity logs.
- Coordinate the movement of materials to and from storage areas, machines, and loading docks, anticipating production team needs to ensure uninterrupted workflow.
- Communicate proactively with leadership regarding any supply or quality concerns.
- Support the overall flow of materials from receiving through to the production floor.
- 1 year of experience as a forklift operator or a similar role.
- Working knowledge of industrial equipment.
- Experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- Self‑motivated problem‑solver with strong attention to detail and follow‑up skills.
- Good time‑management, interpersonal and communication skills.
- Valid driver’s license and high school diploma.

The base range is $20/hr–$24/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
