Art Technician | Day Shift
OverviewThe Art Technician plays a crucial role in the custom framing process, ensuring accurate measurements, color and style selections, and delivering high‑quality frames that meet customer expectations.
Responsibilities• Use custom technology to read and receive orders, ensuring accurate measurements and customer specifications.
• Apply hardware to assembled picture and art frames, conduct final quality checks, and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Securely affix paintings, photographs, or prints onto support surfaces and meticulously assemble components.
• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and oversee the entire lifecycle of customer pieces, from work order completion to mounting and final quality control.
• Prepare and mount art pieces according to customer specifications; trim surrounding materials with precision.
• Leverage visual‑spatial skills for aesthetically pleasing presentation of final products.
• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge’s business needs.
- Deep appreciation and care for the integrity of art with a strong aesthetic sense.
- Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
- Proficient in using measuring tape and tools for accuracy.
- Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and creative skills.
- Basic computer literacy and software application skills.
- Ability to identify color and shade differences with a keen eye.
- Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
- Willingness to help whenever needed and promote a positive work culture.
• Standing/walking 8+ hours a day.
• Lifting 10‑25 pounds.

Base range: $21/hr – $25/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
