Art Technician | Day Shift

The Art Technician plays a crucial role in the custom framing process, ensuring accurate measurements, color and style selections, and delivering high‑quality frames that meet customer expectations.

• Use custom technology to read and receive orders, ensuring accurate measurements and customer specifications.

• Apply hardware to assembled picture and art frames, conduct final quality checks, and maintain customer satisfaction.

• Securely affix paintings, photographs, or prints onto support surfaces and meticulously assemble components.

• Work closely with team members to meet production goals and oversee the entire lifecycle of customer pieces, from work order completion to mounting and final quality control.

• Prepare and mount art pieces according to customer specifications; trim surrounding materials with precision.

• Leverage visual‑spatial skills for aesthetically pleasing presentation of final products.

• Meet production and quality goals to support Framebridge’s business needs.

• Deep appreciation and care for the integrity of art with a strong aesthetic sense.
• Adaptable and comfortable working in a fast‑paced, changing environment.
• Proficient in using measuring tape and tools for accuracy.
• Excellent problem‑solving, time‑management, and creative skills.
• Basic computer literacy and software application skills.
• Ability to identify color and shade differences with a keen eye.
• Collaborative mindset and ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to help whenever needed and promote a positive work culture.

• Standing/walking 8+ hours a day.

• Lifting 10‑25 pounds.

Base range: $21/hr – $25/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
