Regional Community Development Partner
The Regional Community Development Partner plays a vital role in advancing the Bank's strategic priorities by building and nurturing meaningful relationships with nonprofit organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, business leaders, and community stakeholders throughout the Bank's market area. Serving as a trusted ambassador and connector, this highly visible role identifies opportunities for collaboration, financial education, community investment, volunteerism, and civic engagement that create lasting community impact.
Working closely with Corporate Responsibility leadership, market leaders, and business lines, the Regional Community Development Partner leads regional outreach efforts, manages philanthropic and volunteer initiatives, oversees grantmaking and sponsorship activities, coordinates community events and financial literacy programming, and supports Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) objectives. Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Actively support and advance Community Reinvestment Act (CRA) initiatives and community development objectives.
- Document and track community development services, volunteer activities, investments, grants, sponsor ships, and outreach efforts to ensure regulatory and compliance readiness.
- Assist in gathering data and preparing reports necessary for CRA examinations and internal Corporate Responsibility reporting.
- Manage and monitor regional grantmaking budgets and funding allocations.
- Ensure community investments and outreach activities comply with established policies, procedures, and program guidelines.
- Foster and promote the Bank's brand and commitment to community development and impact.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with nonprofit organizations, municipalities, educational institutions, economic development organizations, chambers of commerce, local legislators, and other community stakeholders.
- Serve as a regional representative and ambassador for the Bank within the communities served.
- Collaborate with regional lines of business and market leaders to identify opportunities for community engagement and strategic partnerships.
- Act as a connector between community organizations and appropriate Bank resources, helping facilitate introductions and relationship-building opportunities.
- Identify emerging community needs, trends, and opportunities that align with the Bank's Corporate Responsibility goals.
- Lead and coordinate the Bank's involvement in community events, sponsor ships, and outreach initiatives to strengthen community presence and reputation.
- Represent the Bank at community activities, civic meetings, nonprofit functions, and networking events.
- Support municipal and community partner relationships by serving as a trusted community resource and liaison.
- Coordinate and deliver financial literacy and financial wellness programming throughout the Bank's market area, in collaboration with other Bank resources/Lines of Business.
- Measure participation and community impact related to financial literacy programming and maintain required reporting.
- Assist with the administration and execution of the Bank's grantmaking, sponsorship, volunteerism, and community investment programs.
- Support the planning, coordination, and execution of community events and volunteer initiatives across the Bank's footprint.
- Maintain accurate records and reporting related to grants, sponsor ships, volunteerism, events, and community partnerships.
- Support associate volunteer engagement efforts and participation in community initiatives.
- Collaborate with Corporate Responsibility leadership to identify opportunities for greater community impact and engagement.
- Work collaboratively with business lines to support community engagement efforts.
- Serve as an internal resource regarding community organizations, nonprofit partnerships, sponsorship opportunities, and regional community needs.
- Support cross-functional initiatives that align business objectives with community impact goals.
- Promote the Bank's culture of service, volunteerism, and community stewardship throughout the organization.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Community Development, Nonprofit Management, Finance or a related field preferred.
- Equivalent combination of education, certifications, and professional experience will be considered.
- Experience working with nonprofit organizations, municipalities, community stakeholders, and civic organizations preferred.
- Experience developing, presenting, or facilitating financial literacy, workforce development, or community education programs preferred.
