LPN or RN Supervisor

Overview

Regal Care at Holyoke is seeking an experienced and dedicated RN/LPN for the 3 PM - 11 PM shift (Monday through Friday). This leadership role includes on-call responsibilities and is ideal for a nurse who thrives in a supportive, fast-paced skilled nursing environment.

• Supervise nursing staff during the evening shift
• Ensure delivery of high-quality resident care
• Respond to emergencies and support clinical decision-making
• Maintain accurate documentation and regulatory compliance
• Act as a resource and leader for staff, residents, and families

• Current LPN or RN license in Massachusetts
• Previous long-term care or supervisory experience preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to handle on-call responsibilities as needed
