Mary’s Meadow at Providence Place is a nursing home that embraces the Small‑House Concept, with four separate houses each accommodating 10 residents. The facility prioritizes independence and self‑reliance, providing private rooms, full baths, and shared living spaces.

• Listening to reports and obtaining assignments at the start of your shift to understand each resident's current care plans.
• Providing personalized care, including assistance with daily living activities like bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility.
• Participating in collaborative care planning meetings with the clinical support team to create resident‑centered care plans.
• Observing residents closely and promptly reporting any changes or reactions to the nurse.
• Documenting care accurately in our electronic medical record system.
• Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and cleaning up afterward, ensuring preferences of each elder are met.
• Assisting with laundry and maintaining a clean and welcoming home environment.
• Communicating effectively with co‑workers to meet the needs of our elders and ensuring their safety and engagement.
• Attending team meetings and actively contributing to discussions.
• Reporting accidents and incidents, following safety protocols, and maintaining a hazard‑free environment.
• Actively participating in educational programs and maintaining required certifications.

• Maintain a Certified Nurse Assistant (C.N.A.) certification as required by the State of Massachusetts.
• Receive training in safe food handling techniques, CPR, First Aid, and Dementia Care.
• Showcase culinary skills for meal preparation.
