Now Hiring – Licensed Practical Nurse – Holyoke, MA

Minimum $35.00 – Maximum $46.00. Compensation will be based on experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and applicable differentials.

The Licensed Practical Nurse will be responsible for, but not limited to:

• Day‑to‑day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to his or her care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care, in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of his/her discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the discipline.

• Education Graduate from a credentialed school of nursing.
• Certification/Licensure:
  Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.
