Registered Nurse (RN) – Adolescent Inpatient Behavioral Health

32 Hours – 7:00 am‑3:30 pm (Weekend and Holiday Rotation)

• Active participant in health care team providing direct and indirect care to patients, families, and legal guardians.
• Assess patients’ physical and psychological condition continually throughout the continuum of care.
• Utilize nursing process per philosophy, objectives, values, mission, and core principles.
• Maintain a safe therapeutic milieu grounded in core values.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team to develop, implement, and document treatment plans.

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in Massachusetts.
• BSN preferred; graduate of an accredited nursing school.
• Advanced knowledge of behavioral health and substance‑use disorder treatment modalities.
• Understanding of the Trauma‑Informed Recovery model of care.
• Valid CPR certification.
• Preferred experience in psychiatric or substance‑use disorder inpatient settings, restraint reduction, de‑escalation, and crisis intervention.
• Strong crisis and time‑management skills; flexibility, creativity, multitasking, calm professionalism.

$43.33 - $59.98 per hour, determined based on relevant experience.
