Mission Care at Holyoke seeks an experienced RN Supervisor to oversee patient care in the Nursing Department, coordinating licensed and unlicensed staff to ensure continuity and quality resident care.
You will conduct rounds, assess residents, and report changes to the attending physician, while coordinating CNA assignments and guiding clinical staff. A MA RN license is preferred; IV certification is required and EMR experience is a plus.
