Oncology Nurse Practitioner Opportunity

The Oncology Nurse Practitioner provides comprehensive care to oncology and hematology patients in both the outpatient clinic and infusion center. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with patients throughout their treatment journey, delivering compassionate, high-quality care as part of a collaborative, multidisciplinary team.
Responsibilities:
- Assess patients and manage individualized treatment plans
- Order and interpret diagnostic tests
- Prescribe medications in accordance with scope of practice
- Monitor chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and supportive treatments
- Manage treatment-related side effects and infusion reactions
- Collaborate closely with physicians, nurses, pharmacists, and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Educate patients and families throughout the continuum of treatment
Requirements:
- Graduate of a formal Nurse Practitioner program
- Experience as a Nurse Practitioner or in a nursing role with oncology experience preferred
- Licensed Physician Assistants will also be considered
