• Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a licensed nurse, including assistance with daily living activities, vital sign monitoring, and wound care

• Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and hydration as needed
• Perform vital sign checks and report any changes to the nurse
• Participate in patient education and family support

• Ability to lift, move, and transfer patients as needed

• Ability to work varying shifts, including days, evenings, and weekends
