What’s a typical day as Quality Assurance Manager? You’ll be:

Managing internal audits, including documentation, processes, and procedures to ensure quality standards are met
Leading external audits conducted by municipalities and accreditation bodies
Writing, maintaining, and reviewing all SOPs, instructions, and administrative processes to maintain sample integrity, certifications, licenses, and accreditations
Overseeing documentation control and maintaining ISO compliance while following Good Laboratory Practices
Ensuring accuracy and integrity of recorded data in logbooks and electronic systems
Coordinating special projects with the Chief Scientific Officer
Staying organized and multitasking effectively in a fast-paced work environment, including working overtime as needed to maintain compliance
Supporting a team-oriented atmosphere while also being self-sufficient and independent

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

Hold a Bachelor’s Degree (required)
Have at least 2 years of ISO experience (ISO 9001 and ISO 17025 preferred)
Possess experience with the CORE Compliance Platform (preferred)
Bring analytical chemistry experience (preferred)
Are a minimum of 21 years of age and can be approved for a DCP ACER License
Are comfortable performing basic math and repetitive motions, and can stand and/or walk for extended periods
Thrive in both team and independent work environments
