Part‑time Sales Specialist with Meta (through 2020 Companies). Pay: $23.00 per hour.

20 hours per week:
Friday 4:00pm–8:00pm, Saturday & Sunday 11:00am–7:00pm. Holiday schedule includes additional shifts in November and December for key customer shopping days.

Engage retail shoppers, recommend Meta products, and train retail associates on new AI apps and tools. Build relationships, provide interactive, informative shopping experiences, and support a technology‑first mindset.

• Showcase Meta’s AR/VR headsets, accessories, and related products to customers.
• Demon state product functionality and benefits across fitness, gaming, entertainment, and everyday use.
• Build trust by understanding customer needs and making confident product recommendations.
• Represent Meta and 2020 Companies with professionalism and a welcoming approach.
• Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and contribute to team success.
• Maintain clean, organized, and visually appealing displays of Meta products.
• Track customer interactions, feedback, and sales electronically and submit daily reports via mobile device.
• Collaborate with retail sales associates and leaders; share knowledge and support a positive work environment.
• Adapt to local retail store environments and adhere to operational policies.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum six months of experience in sales, electronics, retail, telecom, or marketing (preferred).
• Interest in AV and VR products is a plus.
• Strong communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem‑solving skills.
• Integrity, commitment to exceeding customer expectations, and ability to work in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Availability to work weekends and up to three one‑time weekday shifts.
• Own a smartphone with an operating system equal to iPhone 11 or Samsung S25.
• Physical ability to stand, walk, reach, pick up, bend, and lift up to 20lb, with accommodations available if needed.
• Reliable transportation to arrive on time for scheduled visits.
