Join the Gary Rome Car Wash Team! We’re looking for a motivated, hands-on Assistant Manager who isn’t afraid to jump in, lead by example, and help keep our car wash, dog wash, and detail center running smoothly.
What You'll Do- Lead, train, and inspire a high-energy team
- Keep operations flowing smoothly across car wash, dog wash, and detail services
- Maintain top-notch customer service—every customer, every time
- Monitor equipment and keep our facility clean & safe
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and quality control
- Step up as manager when needed
- Leadership experience (car wash/automotive a PLUS!)
- Strong communication + customer service skills
- A positive attitude and a “let’s get it done” mindset
