Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology.
Work location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home on average.
Schedule:
Monday–Friday (weekends not required). Salary: $19.00 per hour. Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay. Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Respond promptly to field services management communications, usually within 24 hours.
- Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date availability.
- Complete all assigned jobs before scheduled end dates.
- Install, build, and repair displays, endcaps, and fixtures.
- Finish necessary forms, images, and surveys before leaving each job site.
- Update displays per planograms and client requests.
- Perform break‑fix repairs to keep displays and fixtures operational.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations (2+ people) and provide solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software, ensuring successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed and support the team’s success.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily with necessary corrections.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Complete training and certification programs within designated time frames.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems and workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments when required.
- Minimum age 18 and authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability Monday–Friday; ability to work weekends, holidays, early mornings, and late nights as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical ability to climb ladders up to 10 feet, lift and carry up to 60 lbs, kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Strong adaptability to changing tasks and environments.
- Effective communication skills via phone, text, and email; use a smartphone for clock‑in/out, photo uploads, app downloads, and internet connectivity.
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred). Retail or merchandising experience beneficial but not required.
- Desired skills: installation and merchandising experience, proficiency with hand and power tools, ability to follow planogram directives.
- Own an Android or Apple mobile device; ability to navigate communication platforms and applications.
- Commitment to complete all training assignments on time.
- Reliable transportation, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment or shift.
- Strong leadership, professional communication, presentation skills, sound judgment, and problem‑solving ability.
- $19.00 per hour.
- Next‑day pay on demand (Daily Pay).
- Paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.

- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
- Minimum 20 hours fieldwork requirement per 30‑day rolling period.
