Sprinter Van Driver Job Description

Responsible for transporting art and supplies to and from the Framebridge manufacturing plant to our retail stores. Must be willing to travel long periods for routes. Drivers assist in loading, unloading, planning, and preparing for each trip. Engage with customers and the retail team. Operate Sprinter and Cargo vans.

• Operate company Sprinter vans on scheduled routes safely and efficiently.
• Keep a professional and pleasant attitude with retail store employees and potential Framebridge customers.
• Show a deep care for customers' art and finished products.
• Load, secure, and unload artwork and materials with care and accuracy.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections and report any issues immediately.

• 22 years or older.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean MVR for the past six (6) years.
• 1+ years of experience operating cargo or Sprinter-type vans preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work early morning shifts.
• Reliable, professional, and self‑directed.
• Basic smartphone proficiency (for routing and telematics tools).

The base range is $20/hr – $24/hr, plus potential performance bonuses. Final compensation depends on experience, qualifications, and location.
