Local CDL-A Dedicated Reefer Driver – Up to $95,000/Yr + $10K Sign-On BonusWHAT YOU GET:

• High Yearly Gross: Realistically clear $85,000 to $95,000 annually (~$1,700/week avg) combining mileage, stop pay, and daily attendance incentives.

  Work a predictable Sunday through Thursday shift starting between 10 AM and 2 PM, averaging 1,865 miles weekly.
• $10,000 Sign-On Bonus: Quick payout structure beginning right after your first completed run.
• Transparent Activity Pay: * $0.50 to $0.54 CPM mileage rate * $50 daily bonus for completing all scheduled days * $19.00 – $24.50 standard stop pay ($30.00 – $31.50 for Boston & NYC boroughs) * $15/hr detention after the first hour & $100 layover pay (with hotel covered)

• Experience & License: Valid Class A CDL with a minimum of 3 months tractor-trailer driving experience.
• Physical Capability: Willingness to perform driver-assist unloads using manual or electric pallet jacks (1–3 pallets of frozen/fresh goods per stop).
• Location & Travel: Personal vehicle for daily commuting to the Westfield, MA terminal (trucks stay at the yard).
• Flexibility: Comfortable slip-seating automatic day cabs, working holidays, and assisting neighboring local accounts when needed.
• Clean Screenings: Ability to pass standard DOT physicals along with mandatory hair follicle and urine drug tests.
