- Design Staff: BA or BS in Landscape Architecture or higher

- Construction Crew Members: One-year experience in the green industry preferred, but not required
- Maintenance Crew Leader: Minimum three year’s experience in the landscape field
- Maintenance Technician: One-year experience in the green industry preferred
