Provide customer service to all visitors, employees, and/or contractors by following security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities;
Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting relevant details and reporting concerns through proper channels;
Conduct regular and random patrols throughout the location, including offices, common areas, entry points, and perimeter areas, to help identify unusual activity and/or potential issues;
Monitor access points and assist with authorized entry procedures for employees, visitors, and/or deliveries in a technology-focused location;
Support day-to-day operations by observing the environment, reporting maintenance and/or security-related concerns, and communicating professionally with site contacts and Allied Universal leadership
