Brembo North America, a world leader and innovator in the design and manufacturing of braking systems and components, is seeking a dedicated and experienced Technology Engineer to join our team and help us maintain our standards of excellence at our Cast Iron Foundry in Homer, Michigan.

Job Type: Full-Time

Shift: First shift

Job Description: As a Technology Engineer, you will be responsible to ensure the control of all steps of manufacturing process engineering, time, cycle, and investment verification and production costs, as well as the technological improvement of manufacturing processes within the plant. This role requires strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensures the efficient and effective progress of all process engineering steps, improving them as planned within the procedures and instructions, in order to guarantee the manufacturing processes efficiency and safety
• Guarantees a first analysis of deviations concerning his area activities, managing relations with suppliers and suggesting possible solutions in order to achieve continuous improvement, informing the involved Manager.
• Plant improvement initiatives/ New program launches

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
• 2-5 Years experience within engineering, project management, optimization areas
• Manufacturing/Automotive
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
• Catia
• Solidworks
