We are hiring for the Universal Banker I or II – Join Our Rockstar Banking Team!

Level: Entry to Senior (UB I–III)

Pay is depending on experience. Minimum for Universal Banker I is $22.00/hour

Location Alaska-based position

• Be the face of the bank:
  Greet customers, handle transactions, and make their day better.
• Solve problems:
  Assist with deposits, withdrawals, account management and loan payments.
• Build real relationships:
  Get to know customers and help them plan, save, and succeed financially.
• Think like an advisor:
  Suggest products and services that actually make a difference.
• Stay sharp:
  Learn new systems, keep up with regulations, and participate in ongoing training.
• Lead by example (UB III):
  Step up when management is away, mentor new teammates, and keep operations running smoothly.

Universal Banker I — 6+ months in cash-handling, retail, or hospitality

Universal Banker II — 1+ year in banking OR 2+ years in customer service/cash-handling;
Degree in a related field can replace experience

Universal Banker III — 3+ years of banking experience;
Leadership and mentoring experience preferred;
Able to run the branch in a pinch!
