Summary
:
Experienced Seine Net Hanger needed for commercial fishing production shop.

Essential Functions: (Responsibilities, Tasks, Supervisory Needs)

• Has the ability to follow a net plan wthout supervision
• Can splice all lead line types
• Can set cork line, rib line and lead line measurments properly
• Display consistency in consutruction and know spacing
• Hang lead, cork or rib line 60’/hour
• Has the ability to accurately count / know veritcal seam pick up patterns
• Can apply proper selvedge for web direction
• Can build eyes in braided line 4, 6, 8, 12 strand

Required Qualifications: (Education, Years of Experience, Certifications)

• Minimum five years related work experience
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Forklift certified

Preferred Education & Experiences:

• Experience with all aspects of reading plans and building projects.

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs):

• Strong people skills, oral communication.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, agile prioritization, collaborate across teams, adaptive to change.

Physical Demands:

While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel and reach with hands and arms. The employee is frequently required to climb or balance. The employee is occasionally required to sit; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl and talk or hear.
