Nana Management Services, LLC is seeking a Bakery/Bread Baker for Land’s End Resort in Homer, Alaska. The role prepares and bakes a wide range of bakery items, following par sheets and standardized recipes, while ensuring quality and portion control in a busy hotel kitchen.
You will operate bakery equipment, maintain sanitation, and coordinate with supervisors on ordering and production. Must have high school diploma and at least two years of baking experience;
English proficiency required.
