This part-time position requires your presence for 2-4 days each week and includes competitive pay, hands-on training, and spa perks. Join us and be part of our glow-up!
- Conduct thorough patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
- Perform various clinical procedures such as injections, IVs, hormone pellet insertions, laser therapy, microneedling, PRF treatments, and more.
- Provide care in aesthetic, non-invasive, cash pay med spa services.
- Manage case management responsibilities to coordinate patient care effectively.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation in compliance with regulations.
- Educate patients through patient consultations and spa events.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance patient outcomes.
Candidates should possess the following skills and experience:
- Must hold a medical degree from a college or university listed in the International Medical Education Directory (IMED).
- Must have a current, valid medical license to practice medicine in the State of Alaska.
- Minimum of 1 year hands-on clinical cosmetic aesthetic experience preferred but not disqualifying.
- Willingness to learn.
- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable with giving presentations.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Comfortable working in a sales/education-oriented job (sales training will be provided).
- Strong communication and listening skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Basic computer knowledge.
