Position OverviewWe are seeking Store Sales Associates at the Gold Rush Liquor store (300) at 8661 Old Seward Highway and in various locations throughout Anchorage and Eagle River.

Each person on our team plays an important role in our company’s success. We promote a cooperative, fun team environment that is busy and challenging, always supporting one another. As a Store Sales Associate you will provide great customer service, process transactions at the register, participate in stocking and merchandising, and keep the store clean and organized.
Primary/Major Duties and Responsibilities (Essential Functions)- Maintain a professional appearance and attitude.
- Complete customer transactions on the Point‑of‑Sale (POS) device, including payment.
- Assist customers from the store and/or offer car service when appropriate.
- Stock shelves and cooler with product.
- Help keep the store clean and organized.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Must be a minimum of 21 years of age or older.
- Have or obtain an Alcohol Server Card (we’ll explain how to get one).
- High School diploma or equivalent (preferred, not required).
- First‑Aid Certificate considered an asset but not required.
- Training or passion for wine/beer/spirits is a huge plus.
- Available to work a varied retail schedule, including evenings and weekends.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 pounds.
- Able to stand for an extended period.
