Requirements.
Friendly with Good Phone and Computer Skills including MS Office (word, excel, outlook).
Experience with general office equipment (copier & computer skills);
Attention to detail; good filing.
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work Follows instructions well Works well with others
Honest and dedicated
Available M-F, 8:00am to 5:00pm. Willing to work overtime, if required.
Bilingual in English / Spanish.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Support all the different departments in the company
Phone calls, emails, faxes, copying, mailing, shipping, filing.
Answer and direct phone calls
Receives mail and distribute
Ordering office supplies as needed.
Compliance with Company Policies and Procedures & Safety Program Process new applicants in the hiring process and maintain data updated
Willingness and the ability to take on more responsibility/duties as needed.
