Guest Experience Agent
We are currently looking for a Guest Experience Agent to serve as a frontline member of the Guest Experience Department. The role involves delivering excellent customer service and maintaining first‑class impressions at the main gate, parking, ticketing, and guest relations.
Responsibilities- Parking Operations – welcome guests, guide them to parking, conduct all POS financial transactions for paid parking, ensure safety procedures, maintain parking area upkeep, handle emergency services, and assist with special parking needs.
- Ticket & Pass Processing – greet guests, provide knowledge of ticket promotions, sell parking passes, admission tickets & season passes, operate POS equipment, process season passes, activate annual passes, validate online tickets, and follow PCI procedures.
- Admissions & Enforcement – measure height restrictions, scan passes/tickets, issue promotions or souvenirs, check bags for prohibited items, monitor guest flow, manage radio traffic, maintain clean main‑gate area, and ensure compliance with policies.
- Guest Relations – respond promptly to general park questions, complaints, or inquiries; connect via email, phone, or in‑person; transfer department‑specific requests; manage lost‑and‑found; and provide accommodations as necessary.
- Assist other Guest Experience departments as required and perform any additional duties assigned by leadership.
No education requirements. No previous work experience needed.
Requirements- Minimum age 14 in compliance with Pennsylvania child labor laws.
- Flexible schedule: evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from shift.
- Compliance with all uniform policies.
- Exceptional customer service skills and conflict resolution abilities.
- Professional demeanor at all times.
- Capacity to follow direction, multi‑task, and work independently or as part of a team.
- Stand, walk, and remain on feet for the majority of the shift.
- Occasional stooping, twisting, kneeling, bending, or reaching above shoulders.
- Occasional sedentary periods while using a computer or POS equipment.
- Carry, push, pull, lift, and hold objects up to 20 lb or more.
- Work in office and frequent outdoor environments.
- Exposure to variable temperatures, weather conditions, and noise.
- Flashing lights and crowded settings.
- Frequent interruptions and changing priorities.
- Flexible schedule.
- Cross‑training opportunities across departments.
