Project Manager - Nuclear

Duration: 12 Months

• Demonstrated ability to manage and lead projects from conception to close out and align with best industry performance.
• Previous high performance experience (e.g., PGD, Wind) to bring key perspectives to the nuclear organization is a plus.
• Responsible for completion of projects supporting nuclear objectives.
• Lead or support projects varying in resource requirements, functional interaction, direction, scope, and timeframe.
• Maintain project momentum, surface problems and recommendations, report completion status, control costs to budget.

• Lead projects to ensure completion by schedule date.
• Create plans, cost analyses, schedules, estimations, and reports to communicate deliverables and status.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, and other functional resources to complete project objectives.
• Lead and coach schedulers, cost engineers, and estimators regarding project significance.
• Manage all related project controls and systems to support project development tasks.
• Perform other job‑related duties as assigned.

• Experience in P-6, NEO and strong Excel skills are desired.

• Will require travel to other nuclear sites periodically to support outages or planned projects.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills are highly preferred.
