The City of Homestead is seeking a Police Dispatcher Trainee in Florida. You will receive and screen calls, evaluate incidents, and coordinate dispatch over radio and computer systems to support emergency response.
After a 6-month training period, you will be promoted to Police Dispatcher I. The role requires a 40-hour week with possible evenings, weekends, and holidays; bilingual skills are desirable. A high school diploma is required, and background checks are mandatory.
