Stefanini Group is seeking a hands-on IT Desk-Side Support professional to operate in a large corporate setting. You will handle Mac and PC desktop support, Windows 10/11, and mobile devices, while maintaining printers, AV systems, and networked workstations.
You will troubleshoot hardware and software, manage incidents through the ticketing tool, and perform data backup/restoration tasks. The role includes a 4-day, 10-hour schedule (Friday to Monday, 9 AM–7:30 PM).
