PSYOP Planner
As a PSYOP Planner, you will be a key differentiator. Our work depends on a PSYOP Planner joining our team to support CCMD staff that participate in the Joint Planning Process (JPP). You will use your subject matter expertise with PSYOP capabilities and experience with Internet-Based PSYOP to advise operators on methods of leveraging informational power to gain and maintain an information advantage.

QualificationsRequired:
- TS/SCI active clearance
- Years of Exp/Degree: 8 years with BS/BA, 6 years with MS/MA or 3 years with PhD
- Must be a graduate of the US Army Psychological Operations Qualification Course
- Experience planning, coordinating, synchronizing and/or executing Psychological Operations (PSYOP)
- Demonstrated experience in military planning processes including Joint Planning Process (JPP), military decision-making process, joint targeting process, and/or military campaign planning
- Demonstrated experience briefing PSYOP concepts to executive/senior-level (GO/FO/SES) decision makers
- Proficient in standard military software applications and communication systems
- Completion of advanced OIE-relevant training such as FA30 Information Operations Qualification Course, Army IO Planner's Course, Joint Information Planners Course (JIPC (formerly JIOPC)), OPSEC Planners Course, MILDEC Planners Course, Joint Targeting School
- 3 years' experience with military planning at the operational level, to include experience at CCMD, Service Component Command, and/or Joint Task Force level.
- Experience coordinating and synchronizing military operations with multinational and/or interagency teammates.

$86,000 - $138,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position. Salary is determined by various factors, including but not limited to, the scope and responsibilities of the position, the individual's experience, education, knowledge, skills, and competencies, as well as geographic location and business and contract considerations. Depending on the position, employees may be eligible for overtime, shift differential, and a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay.
